  • Promote expansion of West Virginia's energy efficiency programs.
  • Effective implementation of government initiatives on the local, state, and federal levels to promote energy efficiency market transformation in West Virginia.
  • Technical resources for state agencies, legislators, the governor’s office and other policymakers to advance energy efficiency policies around residential, institutional, industrial, and commercial energy efficiency.
  • Further collaborative agenda in the legislature and PSC.
