How to follow a PSC Case

Click to search for a "Case" on the PSC website.  Enter the case number of interest and click "search".  Click on "Activities" in the upper right corner to access all the documents pertaining to that case.

You can sign up for automatic email notifications when documents are filed in a case here.

How to comment on a case:

Submit comments online here.

Mail comments to the Public Service Commision at:

Be sure to reference the case number of the case you are talking about.

Hearings are open to the public and you can come to 201 Brooks St. in Charleston, WV to watch any case you're interested in.
